All intellectual property (IP) rights in the Tesmec App and its contents are owned by Tesmec Ltd and developed by Conical Ltd, and you may not use, copy, or alter the Tesmec App in any way except as set out in these terms.
You are granted a free license to download and use the Tesmec App for your personal, individual, and non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use, copying, publication, or exhibition of the Tesmec App requires prior written agreement with Conical Ltd.
