TERMS OF USE & PRIVACY
All intellectual property (IP) rights in the Tesmec App and its contents are owned by Conical Ltd and you may not use, copy or alter the Tesmec App in any way except as set out in these terms.
A free copy of the Tesmec App may be downloaded and used for your individual, personal and non-commercial purposes. All commercial use, copying, publication or exhibition of the Tesmec App requires prior written agreement with Conical Ltd.
When using the Tesmec App you must act responsibly; use the Tesmec App in a safe space; always stay aware of your surroundings; and ensure personal safety for you and the persons around you.
The Tesmec App accesses your mobile device camera so you can see and take photos of the digital machine model; and places the photos you take into your photo library.
The Tesmec App does not: collect your personal data; or access images in your photo library. The Tesmec App does not record the location details of your device.
When using the Tesmec App you must comply with all laws, including privacy laws and laws in your location of use. When you take, store, or reuse photos, you must respect the privacy and rights of others at all times. Use of the Tesmec App is also subject to all applicable App store rules and policies.
Conical Ltd grants you a license to use the Tesmec App on the above terms and at your own risk. Conical Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage or harm to property or to you or to other persons directly or indirectly arising from your use of the Tesmec App.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
